Raysoar Laser Cutting&Welding Gas Supply Systems at 2024 China International Industrial Fair

Raysoar Electromechanical Equipment Co., Ltd. proudly participated in the 2024 China International Industrial Fair, a renowned event that brings together global leaders in industrial technology. This year, Raysoar featured an extensive lineup of laser consumables and functional components, designed to cater to a broad range of industrial laser cutting and welding applications.

At our booth, we presented a comprehensive array of laser consumables, including laser nozzles, protective lenses, nozzle holders, and collimating/focusing lenses. In addition, our portfolio of functional components such as laser cutting heads, laser sources, laser control systems for laser cutting, and water chillers attracted significant interest from industry professionals. However, one of the key highlights of our exhibition was the introduction of our laser cutting&welding gas supply systems, particularly our nitrogen generators designed to optimize the performance of laser cutting and welding machines.

Among our showcased gas solutions was the Welding Mate, a specialized nitrogen generator for laser welding applications. This device provides continuous high-purity nitrogen, ensuring the protection of welding joints and lenses, while dissipating plasma during the welding process to prevent oxidation of the workpiece. Compact and easy to integrate into portable laser welding systems, the Welding Mate offers a safe, cost-effective alternative to traditional bottled gases, with the added benefits of stability, efficiency, and low maintenance costs.

In addition to welding, Raysoar introduced several innovative solutions for laser cutting systems:

1.Bright Cutting Device: Suitable for laser cutting machines below 12kW, this system uses high-purity nitrogen as a substitute for liquid nitrogen, offering greater cost-effectiveness while achieving the same results. The equipment ensures clean, oxidation-free cuts, making it ideal for regions with limited liquid nitrogen supply or where liquid nitrogen costs are relatively high. Additionally, it supports mixed gas cutting for both carbon steel and aluminum alloys.

2.Pure Air Cutting Device: Targeting high-power laser cutting systems above 20kW, this device provides a clean, high-pressure compressed air solution for laser cutting. The Pure Air Cutting Device integrates air compression, filtration, and drying processes to deliver consistent, oil-free, and water-free air, ensuring the reliability and precision required for high-power laser cutting applications.

3.Fine Cutting Device (Mixed Gas Cutting): Available for laser cutting machines ranging from 12kW to 120kW, the Fine Cutting Device delivers a stable and high-purity mixed gas (nitrogen and oxygen) for premium cutting of carbon steel, galvanized plates, and aluminum alloys. This system strikes a balance between cutting quality and cost-efficiency, making it an excellent choice for large-scale industrial laser cutting operations.
Through these innovative gas supply solutions, Raysoar aims to provide tailored equipment that not only enhances cutting and welding performance but also significantly reduces operating costs for our clients.
